Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Jones Family Farm's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display

• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

7. Purchases, Marketplace & Fulfillment

Our Store offers products fulfilled in two ways: (a) products from Jones Family Farm ("Grown at Jones Farm" house items), which are stocked and shipped directly from our farm; and (b) products from approved third-party marketplace sellers, who list, fulfill, and ship their own items through our platform. Each product listing indicates how it is fulfilled.

• Self-fulfillment: All orders are now processed and shipped by us or our sellers directly — we no longer use a third-party print-on-demand provider.
• Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00 per order applies to physical items that require shipping, calculated and shown at checkout.
• Inventory: Product availability and quantities reflect real-time on-hand inventory. If an item is out of stock, it cannot be purchased.
• Pickup items: Some marketplace products may be offered for local pickup at the seller's specified address instead of shipping.
• Marketplace sellers: Sellers are independent parties responsible for their own products, descriptions, and fulfillment. Jones Family Farm facilitates the transaction, payment processing, and a commission-based marketplace, but is not the manufacturer of seller-listed items.
• Seller accounts: Approved sellers may access a Seller Dashboard to manage their products, view orders, and track payouts. Seller payouts are net of the marketplace commission and processing-cost share described in the Seller Marketplace Agreement.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, applicable shipping, and any taxes at checkout through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Superfan memberships are available as recurring subscriptions ($10/month or $100/year) and may be cancelled at any time.

8. Modifications

Jones Family Farm may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jones Family Farm operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
